The full bespoke ceremony comes with all the ‘bells and whistles’ to make your special day absolute.

And we start with an initial no obligation meet up first meeting.

First Meeting

The first face to face meeting is about getting to know each other.

We discuss your thoughts for your wedding day, touch on format and formality and, the legal requirements.

Allow approximately 45-60 minutes and we can meet at a cafe or your home.

Here is where we do some pre-nitty gritty administration.

The likes of a wedding agreement and deposit payment.

Then I will forward you a questionnaire for completion – whether you do together, or separately.  This has been entertaining when comparing answers at the second meet up for sure!

Second Meeting

We go over the questionnaire in fine detail.

This is about you – your vision, ideas, wish list, awareness around family dynamics and,  the words around your vows.  Not forgetting any readings, poems, or music that you may want interluded throughout.

The benefit of this is to capture your feelings to the answers provided, fill in any gaps, draw out more depth where needed, and to watch the looks on couples faces when comparing answers (if they completed it separately).

It assists with the weaving of your ceremony, ensuring it’s designed just how you want it to be on your special day.

Ceremony Draft

Using the information shared, I weave a draft of your ceremony that included the second meeting ideas and wishes.  It’s sent to you via email for feedback, making the changes as you require.

Once you are happy, you sign it off and then, job done.

You can tick this task off, perhaps even relax somewhat.

Wedding Rehearsal

A wedding rehearsal is held at your chosen venue with the wedding party no later than a week out from  your wedding date.

This is an opportunity to practice so as parties are comfortable, relaxed and calm on the actual day.

Allow up to 45 minutes.

Wedding Day

I arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your ceremony.

I liaise with other parties involved (venue hosts, photographers, MC’s), greet guests, ensure both the groom and bride are breathing with some normality to then transition into delivering a seamless ceremony, through to “I now present you Mr and Mrs” and set the foundation for a happily ever after.

Post Administration

I present you with your copy of the signed marriage document, and also lodge the paperwork with Births Deaths and Marriages (BDM) to register your wedding ceremony.

At some stage after your special day, I follow up to see how the rest of your celebrating went.  And answer any post-wedding questions you may have.
